GOOD FOR LIFE offers one on one running support with experienced marathon runners. Your running coach will assess your level of cardiovascular fitness through a series of assessment tests. Then they will develop a personalized program that works into your personal training schedule. A well-developed cardio program leads to accelerate fat loss and a leaner appearance.
